We can validate mandatory fields to ensure all online registration forms are complete when submitted. A detailed registration confirmation letter is sent automatically by email. Event organizers may even request notification by email whenever a new registrant is added to the database.
You can feel secure with our online payment system knowing that CONEXSYS has successfully processed thousands of online payments in a certified secure environment with 128-bit encryption. Our ecommerce system will process the online credit card payment immediately and automatically send an email confirmation with invoice. Registration data is captured in real-time and accessible in summary report format or by individual record.
CONEXSYS can also provide online forms in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format for download. These forms can be downloaded and completed online or printed, and then sent in by mail or fax.
