Pre-order a Lead Retrieval system to guarantee that you are prepared to collect leads at the event. Limited systems may be available for rental on-site at an additional cost.
At the event, visit the Lead Retrieval Services desk to pick-up your customized scanner system. Our Lead Retrieval staff will be happy to explain its usage and answer any questions you might have.

During the event, use your scanner to read the barcodes of potential customers that visit your booth. Barcodes are clearly printed on each participant’s badge.

After scanning a badge, you can add information for the prospect record such as product interest and preferred method of contact.

At the end of the event, return your scanner to the Lead Retrieval Services desk for processing.

You will receive an electronic file within 24 hours via email containing all the prospect data that you collected over the course of the event.
