*NO SUBSTITUTIONS are permitted for the Mine Site Tour. All tour participants must agree to provide date of birth, and submit to a Royal Canadian Mounted Police background check.
* Registration for the Athabasca Oil Sands Conference is valid ONLY for the individual indicated. Refunds less a 15% processing fee are available through September 6. After September 6, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Please note that if you are unable to attend, you can make a substitution.
* dmg events and Oil Sands Trade Show & Conference reserves the right to change the content, timing, and venue. If for any reason outside the control of dmg events, the venue changes, or the exhibition is cancelled due to an act of terrorism or extreme weather conditions or industrial action, dmg events shall endeavor to reschedule but the applicant hereby indemnifies and holds harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by the applicant.
